
ATTY. NICASIO T. CAMMAYO III - JUNIOR PARTNER
Atty. Nicasio T. Cammayo III, graduated from the Far Eastern University of Manila – College of Law where he obtained his Law degree in 2016. He was admitted to the Bar in 2017.
Prior to his admission to the Bar, Nico was employed as a Legal Auditor for Nestle Philippines Inc. where he practiced Commercial Law, and Labor Law.
From 2014 to 2021, Nico worked as a Part-Time Professor teaching Introduction to Law, International Law, and American Government and Politics for the Department of Political Science of the University of Caloocan City, South Campus.
From 2019 to 2022, Nico served as a Consultant for the Laguna Lake Development Authority, where he handled confidential and technical matters relative to the management and legal operations for the Office of the General Manager, and the Legal and Adjudication Division of the said Authority.
Nico joined Cuison Daguinod Mendoza-Martelino Chavez and Estepa Law Offices in 2017 and have been with the firm for five (5) years while serving as a Consultant and a Professor with the Laguna Lake Development Authority, and University of Caloocan City, respectively. He mainly practices Criminal Law, Civil Law, Commercial Law and Government Procurement Laws. He has wide experience in litigation having handled cases in all levels of the Philippine Judiciary, including several administrative and quasi-judicial bodies.

ATTY. CAESAR LEOCADIO P. ACEBEDO
Atty. Caesar Leo P. Acebedo is a lawyer who practices labor, corporate, administrative, civil and criminal litigation. In his two years of practice, he has already handled multiple cases with different natures like Estafa, B.P. 22, Qualified Theft, Perjury, Petition for Reconstitution of Title, Collection of Money etc. With the broad litigation practice that he is in, he was able to interact with different lawyers from Metro Manila as well as different lawyers outside Metro Manila. While in practice, he learned litigation, labor, administrative, and corporate strategies that are best suited for lawyers.
Atty. Acebedo provides quality legal services to clients, individual or corporate, for them to be able to cope up with their legal ordeals. This helped him fulfill his duties as a lawyer.
Atty. Acebedo graduated from Adamson University last 2018. He was in the top 5 of the graduating batch of the College of Law that year. While he was still studying, Atty. Acebedo joined extracurricular competitions such as moot court and debates. He was part of the Adamson team who won the Best Memorial at the 1st ALSA International Moot Court Competition which was held at Jakarta, Indonesia. He was also the People’s Choice Awardee at the Square Off Season 13: Adamson vs. USJR. He was also a scholar of Chan Robles Bar Review when he was reviewing for the 2018 bar exam.

ATTY. RAMON G. NICOPIOR
Having a law degree was not part of his plan. Initially, after finishing his secondary education Mon (as fondly known to his family and friends) wanted to pursue a career in business/commerce. He took the shot and enrolled the course Business Information Management at AMA Computer Learning Center in Kalibo, Aklan.
His interest in the study of law unfolded in 2009 during his internship at the Land Registration Authority – Registry of Deeds, Province of Aklan where he was given the opportunity and was exposed with various legal and technical intricacies of land registration law, chattel mortgage, etc. in the said office. Emboldened by his experience at the Registry of Deeds, in 2012 he took up Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science as law preparatory course, and in 2021 he successfully obtained his law degree, both from The Manuel L. Quezon University.
His name was added to the roster of associates of Cuison Daguinod Mendoza- Martelino Chavez and Estepa Law Offices on February 14, 2022.

ATTY. LORANE ANGELI L. BASBAS
Atty. Lorane Angeli L. Basbas is an Associate of the Firm. She is presently involved in various aspects of law such as corporate practice, estate proceedings and litigation both civil and criminal cases.
She’s an active advocate of Community Development Programs where she won an award for her society during her college years. She was also a member of various student organizations, both academic and non-academic. She was also part of the Academic Committee of the UST Bar Operations Team.
She took up Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2017. Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctor degree from the same university in 2021, where she graduated Top 10 of her batch. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022. She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Laguna Chapter.

ATTY. ZHAIENNE F. RANAY
Atty. Zhaienne F. Ranay, passed the 2020/2021 Philippine Bar Examinations with Exemplary Performance. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Ateneo de Manila University. He served as a council member for the Ateneo Special Education Society (SPEED) under the Apostolate Department, wherein he became an advocate for Persons with Special Needs.
He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law under the International Law and Development Track. With his advocacy for the environment, he served as the Vice President for Human Relations for the Environmental Law Society of Ateneo de Manila Law School.
He was a legal apprentice for the Office of the City Prosecutor in Quezon City, wherein he was exposed to the different stages of the criminal justice system. He drafted documents and attended trials, preliminary investigations, as well as inquest proceedings. He also served as a member of the National Secretariat for the Legal Network for Truthful Elections (LENTE) during the 2019 midterm election. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Quezon City Chapter.

ATTY. RENE JOHN D. SUYAT
Atty. Rene John D. Suyat, recently passed the 2022 Bar Examination. He is a graduate of San Beda University – College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor’s degree in 2022.
During his stay in law school, he was a student leader. He was the former Vice-President for Membership of the San Beda Law – Human Rights Advocates and was also part of the Volunteer Core of the Law Student Government.
Beyond law school, he was part of various organizations which provided services to the Government and the private sector alike. He also served as a legal intern for the Legal Network for Truthful Elections (LENTE) Philippines during the height of the pandemic.
He joined Cuison Daguinod Mendoza-Martelino Chavez and Estepa Law Offices in January 2023 and is mainly practicing civil law and commercial law.

ATTY. NEIL ROY A. VENTURINA
Atty. Neil Roy A. Venturina is a graduate of Far Eastern University of Manila – College of Law, and was admitted to the bar in 2023.
During his time in law school, he actively participated in various organizations and Legal Aid programs including the FEU Political Law Bar, Legal Aid Bureau and the Ateneo Human Rights Center.
Before his admission to the Bar, he worked as a Legal Auditor at Nestle Philippines which gave him considerable experience in the field of Labor Law.
In 2023, he served as a Legal Consultant for the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority, where he handled management and legal operations of the Office of the Executive Director and the Legal Division of the said Authority. He has worked hand in hand with different government agencies and international organizations to provide legal expertise on Philippine Laws.
During the same year, Neil has obtained his Certificate in Data Privacy Officer Program focusing on on Data Privacy Laws and compliance from the Asian Institute of Management.
Neil joined Cuison Daguinod Mendoza-Martelino Chavez and Estepa Law Offices in 2024. His practice primarily focuses on civil litigation, including ejectment cases and title reissuance. He is also engaged in corporate law, particularly in incorporation and corporate housekeeping, as well as criminal and labor law.

ATTY. CHERYL MAINE M. DATINGALING
Atty. Cheryl Maine Datingaling is a graduate of University of the East and was admitted to the bar in 2023.
She is currently involved in various aspects of law such as corporate practice, real estate transactions and litigation both civil and criminal cases. She also handled litigations from different government agencies including administrative and quasi-judicial bodies.
Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Chenn served as a Legal Consultant for the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority, where she handled management and legal operations of the Office of the Executive Director and the Legal Division of the said Authority, focusing on the implementation of different government programs involving the farmers and their safe use of fertilizer and pesticide.
