
ATTY. PELAGIO LAWRENCE N. CUISON
Atty. Pelagio Lawrence N. Cuison graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University – College of Law where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law in 2006. He was admitted to the Bar in 2007.
Thereafter, he worked as an Associate Lawyer with an Ortigas-based law firm, Aguirre Aportadera, Gavero, Sandico & Associates, where he practiced Civil and Criminal Litigation, especially on the field of Public Officers, Ombudsman and Sandiganbayan.
He was also a former Vice-President for Operations for a Manila-based recruitment agency, United Liberty Placement Agency JN Inc. and concurrently, also a Legal Consultant for a US immigration consultancy firm, where he practiced U.S. Immigration Law. During this time, he also engaged in practice of law particularly on the field of Civil and Criminal Litigation, as well as Business Law.
Later on, he became the Managing Partner of De Castro Natividad & Cuison Attorneys-at-Law, a Makati-based firm. While adept at Litigation and Corporate law, he also specializes in Immigration and Real Estate law. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with the Professional Regulations Commission.
Atty. Pelagio Lawrence N. Cuison is currently the Managing Partner of Cuison Daguinod Mendoza-Martelino Chavez and Estapa Law Offices.

ATTY. MICHAEL C. DAGUINOD
Atty. Michael C. Daguinod graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University – College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in Law in 2005 and was admitted to the Bar in 2006. He worked for Fortun Narvasa and Salazar Law Offices for five (5) years. He left the Firm when he was already a Senior Associate. He was named “Lawyer of the Year” for 2010 in the Firm’s Anniversary Celebration.
Atty. Daguinod’s practice involves civil, labor and criminal litigation. He has handled a wide range of cases ranging from murder, parricide, kidnapping and estafa, civil cases on decree of nullity of marriage, annulment, support, adoption, medical malpractice, labor cases on illegal dismissal and CBA negotiations. He has also successfully opposed an application for Temporary Restraining Order/Injunction against a mining company, and was granted TRO/Injunction for many corporate clients.
He is currently the Department Chairman of the Legal Management Department of San Beda College, Manila, where he currently teaches Labor Law and Obligations and Contract Law.

ATTY. ROSA ALIA S. MENDOZA-MARTELINO
Atty. Rosa Alia S. Mendoza-Martelino graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University – College of Law where she obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law. She was admitted to the Bar in 2006, after which, she worked as a litigation associate in a mid-sized law firm in Makati. As a litigation associate, she practiced corporate, labor, commercial, criminal, persons and family relations and intellectual property law.
In 2008, she became an associate counsel in the Regional Operating Headquarters (ROHQ) of a multinational corporation engaged in entertainment and hotel & restaurant operations handling the Asian and European operations of a gaming company.
In 2010, she became employed in a consulting company, as one of its corporate and labor lawyers. As such, she assisted foreigners in setting up their start-up companies in the Philippines. Her clients came from various industries, such as mining, real estate, IT, BPO, gaming and private sector, non-profit organizations. She set up domestic corporations, foreign branches, regional operating headquarters, regional area headquarters, and representative offices, which entailed registration with SEC, BIR and other government agencies. She also assisted with obtaining PEZA or BOI registrations for her clients in order for them to avail of a number of tax incentives. After setting up her clients’ companies, she assisted them with their regulation and compliance concerns and other legal concerns.
In 2012, she was one of the founders of Daguinod and Mendoza Law Offices, now Cuison Daguinod Mendoza-Martelino Chavez and Estepa Law Offices (CDM Law).
Atty. Rosa Alia S. Mendoza-Martelino is a Certified Trust and Estate Planning (CTEP®) professional. She is currently in charge of the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group of the firm, and handles all their clients’ corporate and commercial issues and concerns, ranging from corporate housekeeping, corporate re-structuring, real estate issues, compliance and regulatory issues, intellectual property registrations and maintenance, government biddings, including PhilGEPS registrations, estate planning and settlement concerns.

ATTY. CESAR ANGELO A. CHAVEZ III
Atty. Cesar Angelo A. Chavez III graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University – College of Law where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law in 2007. He was admitted to the Bar in 2008. But while waiting for the results of the 2007 Bar Examinations, he worked closely with the then Secretary of National Defense as a Legal Consultant. Thereafter, he worked as an Associate Lawyer with a Makati-based law firm, Zulueta, Puno & Associates, where he practiced Civil and Criminal Litigation, as well as Customs, Immigration, Labor and Corporate law. In addition to this, he was likewise seconded to a mining company where he was involved with its day to day operations and corporate maintenance.
In the latter part of the year 2009, he was appointed as Prosecution Attorney II of the Department of Justice (DOJ) where he worked closely with the then Prosecutor General, and at the same time was assigned to investigate and prosecute in court, numerous high profile cases involving various crimes. In 2015, he was promoted to Assistant State Prosecutor II and continued to worked as prosecutor of the DOJ. Thereafter, his request to be partially assigned to the field office was granted in 2016, and as a result he continued to work as a prosecutor in the Office of the City Prosecutor of Antipolo City. During this time, he was assigned as trial prosecutor to two Regional Trial Courts in addition to his DOJ workload. He was a prosecutor for more than eight years until he left government service in the early part of 2018.

ATTY. MARK ROLAND S. ESTEPA
Atty. Mark Roland S. Estepa obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 2006. He successfully passed the Bar Examinations in 2007. He started his legal career as an underbar associate in the Jimenez Gonzales Bello Valdez Caluya & Fernandez Law Offices (“JG Law”), where he was exposed in the field of Labor Law, Intellectual Property Law, Civil and Criminal Litigation.
After passing the bar exams, Atty. Estepa worked at the labor and employment department of the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (“ACCRA Law”). He handled illegal dismissal cases, collective bargaining negotiations, strikes and lockout, voluntary arbitration, appellate practice, and conducted labor compliance audits for the biggest multinational companies in the Philippines.
In 2010, Atty. Estepa was appointed as a prosecution attorney in the Department of Justice, Main Office. Later on, he was assigned to work at the Office of the Prosecutor General and prosecuted several high-profile cases. He was promoted as an Assistant State Prosecutor in 2013.
Atty. Estepa was trained by the DOJ, through seminars in the country and abroad, to prosecute Tax Cases, Anti-Human Trafficking Cases, Anti-Illegal Drugs Cases and/or Anti-Competition Cases. He assisted the DOJ in connection with the peace agreement being forged by the Republic of the Philippines with the CPP-NPA. In 2012, Atty. Estepa was sent by the DOJ to the Netherlands as part of the Philippine delegation that discussed matters relating to Trafficking in Persons. In 2016, Atty. Estepa was part of the Philippine delegation that participated in the PH-US 6th Bilateral Service Dialogue at Washington D.C., United States of America.
In 2017, Atty. Estepa transferred to one of the biggest business process outsourcing companies in the Philippines as part of its senior leadership team. He handled all labor related concerns of the Company’s site at Taguig City. Later on, he was assigned part of the team that expanded the company’s operations to Indore, India.
Atty. Estepa joined the firm in July 2021.
